This programme is ideal for you if you are looking to enhance your leadership practice. Through the exploration and use of reflective practice, the ‘Enhancing your Leadership Skills’ programme will support you in your continued growth as a leader. You will have the opportunity to evaluate your own performance and effectiveness as a leader whilst also creating a workable plan that focuses on the advanced knowledge, skills and behaviours required to further develop your professional leadership practice.

The programme covers: leadership theory, personal development planning, emotional intelligence, communication and change. On successful completion of the programme you will gain the CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership.

This apprenticeship gives you the chance to choose and tailor your training to the job role of your dreams, leading to potential careers in business, marketing, sales, customer service or HR.
