Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship has been designed to offer you the opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills and knowledge whilst gaining a recognised professional qualification.
You can expect workshops delivered by industry experts with current knowledge, skills and experience within their specialist areas. Ongoing support from a team of highly qualified mentors/coaches to prepare for end point assessment as the successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
What you will learn
On-programme for this apprenticeship includes a period of learning and development managed by the employer and training provider. The learning will be built around competencies and skills as set out in the standard. The knowledge, skills and behaviours that will be developed during the on-programme learning will include:

Entry requirements
Ideally you need to be working as a team leader or are in a first line management role, with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a Key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.
Assessment
You will recieve ongoing support from a team of highly qualified mentors/coaches to prepare for end point assessment as the successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
Progression
Learners who upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship Standard for Team Leader/Supervisor level 3 may have the opportunity to progress into:
An enhanced job role using the skills developed throughout the programme
Further courses to develop management and leadership skills
Opportunities for further study specialising in areas such as HR, Marketing, and Finance
