Our Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship will upskill new or existing staff by developing their interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. It will give them the confidence and resilience when dealing with customers in a wide range of situations including: face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media in any sector or organisation type.

The apprentice will develop skills and knowledge in:

- Personal organisation
- Dealing with customer conflict and challenge
- Knowing your customers
- Understanding the organisation
- Meeting regulations and legislation
- Systems and resources
- Their role and responsibility
- Customer experience
- Product and service knowledge.
Duration and venue
This apprenticeship will take a minimum of 12 months to complete. Training is delivered one day, every other week at our Cornwall College St Austell campus.
