Digital Applications Technician: They can help your internal users maximise the use of digital technologies. Plus, adapt to and exploit changes in technology to meet organisation objectives and maximise productivity ensuring effective use of digital office technologies, productivity software, digital communications (including collaborative technologies) and digital information systems to achieve objectives.
Digital Service Technician: They can support your external customers and clients though a wide variety of digital channels. Helping them to: access and receive services, coach and support their use of digital systems, aid submission of information remotely, diagnose and resolve problems in relation to access and use of the digital technologies.
