Our Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship will upskill new or existing staff by developing their interpersonal and communication skills to support and engage with different parts of your business, interacting with internal and external customers.

The apprenticeship will help your staff develop their confidence and skills to manage their priorities and own time. Enhance their problem-solving skills, decision-making and the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.

What’s covered on the apprenticeship?

This apprenticeship consists of three units covering Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours. Each of the units are broken down into separate areas and can include the purpose of their organisation and value of their own role, quality in producing records or documents, and professional behaviours including respect and personal qualities.

The apprenticeship will also develop skills in IT, Communication and Project Management. Along with behaviours in Professionalism, Adaptability and Responsibility.

Duration and venue

This apprenticeship will take approximately 12- 15 months to complete. Training is delivered one day, every other week at our Cornwall College St Austell campus.
