Developing Leaders aims to coach, mentor, engage and support the enhancement of leadership skills at all levels.
Whether you’re an established professional looking to utilise your skill set to work effectively with other businesses, or you’re new to the world of leadership, these programmes cover all areas of development.
These programmes are fully-funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) for public and private sector businesses with less than 250 employees across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Cost: Fully-funded* (Full price £750)
This 4 day online programme could be ideal for you if you work as a first line manager, team leader or supervisor in a small business. The programme will support you in further developing your leadership abilities by helping you to gain an increased awareness of your own skills, talents and areas for development. This programme will lead to the CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership.
Start dates: 10th March 2021.

This 4 day online programme is ideal for you if you are looking to enhance your leadership practice. Through the exploration and use of reflective practice, the ‘Enhancing your Leadership Skills’ programme will support you in your continued growth as a leader. You will have the opportunity to evaluate your own performance and effectiveness as a leader whilst also creating a workable plan that focuses on the advanced knowledge, skills and behaviours required to further develop your professional leadership practice. The programme covers: leadership theory, personal development planning, emotional intelligence, communication and change. On successful completion of the programme you will gain the CMI Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership.
